Go to Settings > Subscriptions.

Choose Settings to open subscription and enable share new subscriptions.
Share New Subscriptions should be enabled.
If Share with Family is not displayed, then the subscription cannot be shared. Go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing to discover which subscriptions you’ve previously shared.
